Yes, the fact that postal addresses don't coincide with city/county limits makes it more confusing. It all boils down to whatever locality the residence lies in.

One example:

Radford is an independent city (like Norton) whose school system attendance zone is the city limits. But the Radford post office delivers not only to the entire city of Radford, but to portions of Montgomery, Floyd and Pulaski County. Therefore if you see a Radford address it's possible for it to be in any one of FOUR localities.

listen, it sounds good and all but lets come to reality,, i can see the appy/bsg school play in the region d championship game against gate city right now, i dont think it would be close... gate city would when by at least 30 plus points

I agree. I really don't think Appy/PV football team will be much different from the current football team. 10 years ago I would have guessed the team would be great.

Gate City would probably wallop them now unless GC themselves slacked off.

Basketball? I'd say that would be a pretty good team.

Approved staff to draft proper language for a one-*‐time transfer for students affected by the Wise County consolidation. An eligibility exception would only apply to those students attending a Wise County school that closes due to consolidation and the student wishes to return to the school serving his/her parents’ out-*‐of-*‐county residence.
